Between 2012-2016 the region was growing faster than Berlin and Paris, according to the American Milken Institute. Tricity and Gdansk were also awarded, among others, 1<sup>st<\/sup> place in the overall ranking of business services locations in terms of assessment of factors affecting the ability of business services centers of doing business there, ABSL Report 2020, 4th place in the Top 25 Tech Cities of the Future 2020\/21 under the FDI Strategy category, Financial Times FDI Intelligence Tech Cities of the Future Ranking and between 2016-2020 the most \u201cDynamically Developing\u201d City in Poland, CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards.<\/p>\n<p>Over the period 2006-2015, the number of employed increased by 45,1% \u2013 the highest relative increase recorded in all the regions of the European Union.
