Leveraging agile methodologies and deep industry expertise, Alfa successfully delivers projects for the world\u2019s leading leasing providers. The Polish office joins Alfa\u2019s international network of locations in Europe, North America, and Oceania.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s flagship product, Alfa Systems, is a cloud-native, SaaS platform designed to meet the diverse needs of the asset finance industry. Its flexible architecture supports a wide range of financial products, including complex lease agreements, loans, and usage-based offerings. Through process automation, intelligent decision-making, and seamless integration, clients can optimize operations and respond flexibly to changing market conditions.<\/p>\n

A trusted local partner, Develocraft is well-equipped to support this new investor. Alongside Invest in Pomerania \u2013 a regional initiative coordinated by the Pomerania Development Agency \u2013 they provided all the necessary information for a localization decision.<\/p>\n

Alfa\u2019s office is being launched in the modern 04 Coworking space, enabling a flexible start and scalable operations. By the end of the year, the company plans to hire a dozen specialists in host-ops and product engineering. Notably, Alfa is recruiting not only senior experts but also juniors \u2014 a promising sign for a tech job market recently affected by volatility.<\/p>\n

\u2013 There\u2019s been talk of stagnation in the IT sector. But we see a shift toward more advanced processes. Investments like Alfa or Openchip, announced this spring, show that our region has a lot to offer the world and that Pomerania\u2019s tech ecosystem continues to grow with exciting new employers<\/em> \u2013 commented Marcin Grzegory, Deputy Director at Invest in Pomerania<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The UK company will offer employment contracts and base its hiring decisions on personality and potential \u2013 not just technical proficiency.
