Sii, employing 2 700 people is one of the biggest IT companies in our country. What is more at the beginning of the year Sii found its place as one of the top 3 best IT companies in Poland. It got an Honorable Mention as a\u00a0place to work in IT, in AudIT contest, organized by Computerworld Magazine. It is the 5th time in the row that the company won one of the main awards and got acknowledged as one of top 3 best places to work in IT. Except for Sii, among this year’s winners, their place found: Britnet and ING.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The award is granted on the basis of an external audit \u2013 an anonymous, employees job satisfaction evaluation survey \u2013 AudIT. The main aim of the study is to find out the employees level of engagement, satisfaction and motivation, and to emerge the companies, where the level of the earlier mentioned variables is the highest. The results of AduIT 2016 survey were announced during Computerworld conference, which took place at the end of January 2017.<\/p>\n

The organizations which make the decision to take part in AudIT, undergo the examination in order to determine, the extent to which they meet the needs formulated by the IT experts.\u00a0The award, which we got thanks to positive feedback from our engineers, is very prestigious and important to us. In Sii we put pressure on the employees satisfaction \u2013 we care for the positive and friendly atmosphere and organizational culture, development opportunities and rich benefits package<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 says Joanna Kucharska, HR and Communication Director at Sii.<\/p>\n
