More and more employees chose Tri-City<\/strong><\/p>\n

36% of the respondents of Labor Market in 2017 study declared their readiness to move for new job to Tri-City. The results of the study show that Tri-City is more attractive when compared to such popular cities as Poznan, Krakow or even Warsaw. Tri-City loses to Wroclaw with only 3% of the votes which gives us strong second place in Poland.<\/p>\n

The City of Gdynia Invests in the new system of flood protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

The last spells of heavy and intense rains that led to flooding in many parts of Tri-City made Gdynia invest into a\u00a0new solution. The construction of the new rainwater management system worth PLN 26 m is planned. This new preventive measures are caused by the climate changes. The planned works include building 2,74 km long new storm water system.<\/p>\n

37\u00a0000 sq. m. of new warehousing space in Pomeranian Logistics Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Owned by Goodman company Pomeranian Logistic Centre may now be in the center of attention of transportation and logistics sector. The new warehouse of 36\u00a0700 sq. m. is second investment of this kind in PCL. Goodman has already signed 5 contracts with new tenants even though the building is still under construction.<\/p>\n

Gda\u0144sk in line for a\u00a0prestigious European award<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gdansk is the only city from Poland, that has been nominated for \u201cEuropean Best Destination 2017\u201d award. The City will fight against another European cities like Madrid, Paris and Vienna. Everybody can vote for Gdansk until the Febuary 10.<\/p>\n

Iranian tanker arrived in Gdansk again<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another supply of oil arrived from Iran to Gdansk on January 23. As for port infrastructure, Gdansk oil terminal is one of the most competitive on South Baltic.The transaction is not the last one with the Iranian supplier. Lotos Group has already repeated order-to-delivery from Near East.<\/p>\n

New Local Spatial Management Plans of Gdynia are now being consulted<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three new Local Spatial Management Plans created by Gdynia’s officals have been lined for public inspection. One of the plans was developed for the new Miedzytorze district, a\u00a0vast trackway terrain that was used for transportation in and out of Gdynia’s port. The area is now called “City Center Growth Zone” and is a\u00a0chance for new investments and revitalisation of one of the most attractive, yet degraded terrains of Gdynia.<\/p>\n
