These trends focus on the mutual relationships between employees and\nthe care for well-being at the workplace, which was repeatedly addressed as a\nsource of healthy productivity. Persson\u2019s presentation was extended during one\nof two workshop sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other presentations\n(Dominika Jasi\u0144ska, Ma\u0142gorzata Szychowska, Piotr Ferdyn) proposed tools that\ncan enrich the relationships between teams, a lecture by Piotr Cwalina\nsummarized the current state of the HR industry in Poland, recent changes in\nthe trade unions act were also discussed (Miko\u0142aj&nbsp;Illukowicz)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the Rabbit conference also shared two charity initiatives. Money was raised for Gdynia&#8217;s elementary school no. 26, where relax and silence zone is planned to be built. Over 6000 thousand zlotys were collected, while Agata Witczak &#8211; head of Site and HR in Refinitiv, Gdynia &#8211; pledged to double the overall amount on behalf of the company.
