{"id":4179,"date":"2019-05-22T13:21:17","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T13:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investinpomerania.pl\/?p=4179"},"modified":"2019-05-22T13:21:20","modified_gmt":"2019-05-22T13:21:20","slug":"starting-the-week-with-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investinpomerania.pl\/en\/aktualnosci\/starting-the-week-with-real-estate\/","title":{"rendered":"Starting the week with real estate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>On the 21<\/strong><sup><strong>st <\/strong><\/sup><strong>and 22<\/strong><sup><strong>nd <\/strong><\/sup><strong>of May Tricity was packed with events concerning the topic of real estate thanks to two conferences: one was organised by the National Bank of Poland, during which real estate\u2019s perspectives were discussed, while the second conference \u2013 \u00a0the 3<\/strong><sup><strong>rd<\/strong><\/sup><strong> edition of Real Estate Impactor \u2013 took place in the Nadmorski Hotel in Gdynia. The Reimpactor event was focused on topics related to city\u2019s openness to new urban projects, Poles\u2019 housing needs and quality of life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During both events it was stressed that we\u2019re\ncurrently experiencing a construction boom and, despite its momentary decline,\nall market segments should expect a steady growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to JLL\u2019s research, housing supply\nremains at a relatively high level in the first quarter of 2019. Tricity\u2019s\nsupply is mainly shaped by Gdynia, which experiences an increase in its\nresources with each coming quarter. New, interesting projects in Gdynia have boosted\ncity\u2019s participation in shaping the real estate market in Tricity up to 32%. An\nincrease can also be expected in respect to the average price. Tricity, with a\n27% growth, is a leader among average real estate prices in Poland, surpassing\nWarsaw (25%) and Wroc\u0142aw (21%). Dormitory\u2019s development is becoming a new trend\ndue to considerable number of foreign students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conferences the topic of urban\ndevelopment was also discussed. It was stressed that Tricity should continue\nexpanding towards the city centre through further densification of areas\nalready urbanised. Balanced planning, that takes urban standards into account,\nhas a tremendous impact on residents\u2019 quality of life (communing triangle explains\nthat perfectly \u2013 it presents the best possible time of commuting between home,\nworkplace and an entertainment\/leisure place).
