SpotOn is a software company with a mission to revolutionize the service industry. Over the last two years, the activities of the team in Krakow have exceeded the expected results and on December 1 the company will open its second office in Poland! This time they chose the Tricity with five employees starting work in Gda\u0144sk. The company is planning dynamic development.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company provides comprehensive services related to payment processing, solutions that facilitate customer acquisition and retention, and business management. In doing so, SpotOn provides small and medium-sized businesses with the data and tools necessary to run and grow their business, as well as compete with market leaders.<\/p>\n

– It\u2019s great that with the expansion of the Tricity IT sector, we also see diversification and growing scope of processes. The Tricity office will become an independent product development centre. The company is planning to hire many specialists who will take their products to the next level.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As SpotOn is developing very quickly, they are looking for unique locations for their new offices, so they can cooperate with only the best developers available on the market.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– Tricity is a magnificent place with a fast-growing environment, and we see a lot of potential for our development here. Currently, we\u2019re looking for Senior Developers (Python, Golang, React, Android, iOS), QA Engineers in order to build a strong core of the team in Gdansk<\/em> \u2014 says Konrad Wanio\u0142ka, General Manager of SpotOn Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are about 100 people in the SpotOn Poland team – both in Cracow and soon Gdansk offices. Gdansk\u2019s team will work on product development and implementation of innovative ideas in close cooperation with the other SpotOn offices.<\/p>\n

SpotOn is focusing to increase revenue and connect businesses with their customers using rewards, deals, online reviews, website building, and data analytics. Tools like these were previously only available to businesses with big bankrolls and their own developers, but the SpotOn platform caters to neighbourhood stores, independent retailers, and other small to mid-sized businesses.<\/p>\n
