Foundever, one of the global leaders in the Customer Experience (CX) industry, has announced the next stage of its development in Poland. The company plans to hire 150 new specialists at its operational center in Gdańsk. These new positions are part of a strategic project for an international client in the tourism and digital economy sector, primarily serving the German-speaking market.
Present in the Polish market since 2004, Foundever operates in Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Lublin, employing over 1,700 people from more than 70 countries, supporting clients in 25 languages. The Gdańsk branch is not only an important link in the global value chain but also a dynamically growing hub for skills development, technology, and innovation.

German Language as a Gateway to Global Opportunities
The recruitment targets specialists with fluent German (C1) and very good English skills (minimum B2). Prior experience is not required—Foundever provides full, paid initial training and a well-developed internal career path.
New hires will be responsible for supporting users of a global booking platform—both hosts and guests. Daily tasks will involve communication, empathy, and problem-solving via phone, chat, and email.
