The conference will bring together the representatives of 37 universities in Poland, leading companies on domestic and international markets, 200 of the most talented students in the field of logistics and special guests from Cambridge Enterprise (special unit of the University of Cambridge), number one in the European ecosystem of science and business. “Finally, we will meet in person, in a great place and excellent company and tell you about talents, competencies and trends in the labour market. Together with the partner of the conference – Invest in Pomerania – we will host leaders from the supply chain. See you on 10 May in Gdynia.”- says Mariusz Gerałtowski, CEO of PSML.

The top Young 100 program has been training supply chain specialists for 5 years. The main aim of the opening conference of the next edition of TY100 is to create a space of dialogue between business, universities and students in order to strengthen cooperation between environments and exchange best practices. The speakers will discuss, among other topics, the acquisition of modern competencies, the involvement and maintenance of a motivated employee or the best models of business-science cooperation, for example, Cambridge Enterprise. During the conference, speakers will talk about the competencies needed for business in the era of digital transformation and discuss the role played by universities, working with business in building the supply of ever-changing competencies of the knowledge-based economy.

“The May conference is an important platform for building cooperation between business, universities and students: future employees and entrepreneurs. We want to tell Europe and the world about the outstanding competences of Top Young 100 graduates.”- says Wojciech Tyborowski, Director of Invest in Pomerania.

We are convinced that the spring conference in Pomerania will be an inspiration and a real step towards strengthening the cooperation between universities, business, and science for innovation and knowledge-based excellence.
