Pomerania Development Agency, the coordinator of Invest in Pomerania initiative, is looking for 3 Specialists. Join our team!
Join Invest in Pomerania, a regional investment promotion agency whose primary aim is to attract foreign direct investments into the region. For the last 7 years Invest in Pomerania has been the top regional IPA in Poland attracting new investment projects of such companies as Intel, thyssenkrupp, State Street, Epam, DNV GL, Alteams and many others. The actions of the initiative are coordinated by Pomerania Development Agency. Currently we are looking for 3 Specialists: 1. Specialist at the Investment Support Department (PR & Marketing Section), 2. Specialist at the Investment Support Department (Industry and Real Estate Section), 3. Specialist at the Investment Support Department, BSS division (Business Services Sector).
1. Specialist at the Investment Support Department (PR & Marketing Section).
If you are a person who:
- has an excellent command in spoken and written English – at least C1 level;
- has a previous experience as a copywriter/writer of press releases or articles in Polish and English;
- has a minimum one year of experience in managing social media accounts;
- takes care of language correctness, spelling, composition;
- is interested in economic and business issues also related to the development of Pomerania Voivodeship;
- has an ability to search and analyze data;
- is independent and not afraid of taking an initiative;
- a prior experience in infographics design (Canva, Piktochart) will be an additional advantage.
The tasks of the new team member will be:
- managing Invest in Pomerania social media accounts;
- providing content and managing website of Invest in Pomerania;
- writing press releases, articles about Invest in Pomerania initiative, regional development and business news in Polish and English;
- preparing information and promotional materials (e.g. leaflets, newsletters, brochures);
- distribution of content in the Internet;
- organisation and participation in missions, fairs and other business events taking place both locally and abroad;
- supporting other team members in operational issues;

2. Specialist at the Investment Support Department (Industry and Real Estate Section).
Key responsibilities:
- organization of business events in the region and abroad;
- Investment projects support (manufacturing and logistics sectors);
- economic data analysis;
- preparation of promotional materials;
- preparation of public tender procedures documentation;
- elaborating investment offers (investment plots of land).

3. Specialist at the Foreign Direct Investment, BSS division (Business Services Sector) . If you are a person who:
- has excellent command in spoken and written English – at least C1 level;
- has previous experience as a copywriter/writer of press releases or articles in Polish and English;
- takes care of language correctness, spelling, composition;
- is interested in economic and business issues also related to the development of Pomerania Voivodeship;
- has the ability to search and analyze data;
- is independent and not afraid of taking the initiative;
- prior experience in running online/social media campaigns will be an additional advantage.
The tasks of the new team member will be:
- writing press releases, articles about the Invest in Pomerania initiative, regional development and business news in Polish and English;
- preparing information and promotional materials (e.g. leaflets, newsletters, brochures, press briefings);
- supporting other team members in operational issues (for example related to promotional campaigns to raise awareness of new investments in Pomerania region, supporting other events/initiatives that collaborate with the Invest in Pomerania);
- participating in events, fairs, conferences related to the business services sector, IT and R&D.
