Infoshare, the largest tech and business conference in Central and Eastern Europe, once again brings thousands of innovators, startups, investors, and technology experts to Gdańsk.
As in previous years, the event is supported by Invest in Pomerania – a regional initiative coordinated by the Pomerania Development Agency – which has been actively shaping the region’s advanced technology ecosystem for 14 years. From attracting foreign direct investment, through comprehensive investor services, to long-term networking initiatives, Invest in Pomerania consistently connects local talent with global potential.
The Pomeranian Zone: technology with a human face
This year’s Pomeranian Zone, located at the heart of Infoshare, is dedicated to the idea that Future flows through Pomerania, highlighting the region’s strong presence in deeptech and hightech projects. Infoshare is a prime example of collaboration between the City of Gdańsk and business support institutions, including the Starter Incubator, Invest in Gdynia, InvestGda, Pomeranian Science and Technology Park, Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, and the Fahrenheit Union of Universities. Thanks to this ecosystem, groundbreaking student projects often evolve into startups, and the transfer of technologies from academic labs to the business world happens in a structured and safe environment.
– Infoshare is more than just a conference. It’s a melting pot of ideas, people, and technology. We want Pomerania’s voice – open, bold, and socially conscious – to be clearly heard in this dialogue – says Marcin Grzegory, Deputy Director at Invest in Pomerania.
Another key theme of this year’s Pomeranian Zone is neurodiversity – an increasingly important topic in modern workplaces. Invest in Pomerania is joined by two special guests: the ADHD Foundation and Auticon, who will offer one-on-one consultations with a psychologist specializing in neurodivergence. The goal is twofold: to educate team leaders on building inclusive work environments, and to support individuals who identify as neurodivergent.
– We want to demystify neurodivergence. To show that it’s not a weakness, but a unique capability that – with the right approach – can benefit both employees and employers – says Radosław Młynarczyk from Invest in Pomerania.
Gdańsk – the new space capital of Europe
Infoshare 2025 also takes on an international dimension with the European Space Days, organized in parallel under the patronage of Poland’s presidency in the EU Council. The event gathers representatives from the European Commission, European space agencies, and Poland’s growing space tech sector. This continental celebration of the space industry is an opportunity to showcase the achievements and future potential of Polish space companies and to draw investor attention to homegrown innovation.
Pomerania: where innovation meets social responsibility
Invest in Pomerania’s participation in Infoshare goes beyond promoting the region as an attractive investment destination. It is also a statement of values – such as diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and collaboration. Over the years, this mission has helped build a network of long-standing knowledge-sharing platforms – from the Tricity IT Club and SODA Breakfast to the Fintech Poland Brunch and the local ABSL chapter.
