SoftServe is on a roll! Next stop: Tricity

SoftServe, an international technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas  and Lviv, Ukraine has been operating in Poland since 2014, and is coming to Tricity. They plan to employ more than 100 people before the end of 2022.

SoftServe specialises in data analysis and migration with solutions that help their customers make decisions based on machine learning data and algorithms. Their clients include big names mainly from Silicon Valley and Europe from such industries like FinTech, retail, medical, and mining. In Pomerania, SoftServe wants to grow in the area of Big Data, DevOps or Cloud.

Pomerania is a vibrant technological hub based on a well-balanced mix of specialist knowledge, openness to new solutions, and a variety of natural and infrastructural advantages that are unique in the whole of CEE. We are confident that SoftServe will play an important part in the overall development of the region  – says Mieczysław Struk, Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship

In Pomerania, the company is looking for DevOps and Cloud specialists and Java and Python programmers or project managers. SoftServe is looking for the best experts on the market to work on interesting international projects, mainly for the SEA Market – Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

On a daily basis we use the most modern technologies. We change and optimize the way companies around the world conduct their business. We specialize in software development and technology consulting services. We operate in the area of Big Data, Business Intelligence, IoT, Machine Learning, DevOps, Cloud, e-commerce or UX – explains Paweł Łopatka, VP, Poland Country Manager and APAC Client Success Lead at SoftServe.

The access to an expert talent pool in the Pomeranian Voivodeship was one of the main reasons for opening an office in Tricity. Moreover, good office infrastructure, some of the best universities in the country and good air and road connections to the company’s headquarters in Wrocław and Lviv acted in favour of Tricity.

In Tricity, or even more broadly – in Pomerania, we see a huge potential for the development of our company. By the end of 2022, we want to employ 100 people and we believe that Tricity is the best place to find the IT experts we are looking for – adds Pawel Lopatka.

The company particularly cares about the development of employees. As the biggest benefit, it indicates the possibility of working with the latest technologies, in interesting and demanding projects. SoftServe also offers very transparent career paths.

SoftServe and their list of clients including some of the biggest names from Silicon Valley plus their expansion in Asia, opens fascinating opportunities for the team to be built in Tricity. It’s great to welcome such a player joining the ranks of our IT scene, contributing to its overall potential – admits Marcin Grzegory, Deputy Director at Invest in Pomerania.

SoftServe is an official technology partner of Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, among others. In 2020, the company also received the Great Place to Work certificate, and in 2021 it was listed as one of the best places to work in Europe.
