Sii recently celebrated their 1000th team member and today, they are already celebrating crossing the 1200 employee mark with plans to grow even more both in numbers but also in processes and services.
Sii Gdansk, the second branch of Sii Poland – advisory, IT and engineering services company – was founded in 2008. The new office started operating with only 14 engineers, and now, after 12 years of presence at the Pomeranian market, it is not only the largest branch of the company but also the third-largest employer in the Pomeranian IT industry.
Tricity turned out to be the perfect place for Sii thanks to the strategic location and vivid, fast-growing business ecosystem. Every year new international companies enter the Tricity market, many of them welcome support to start developing and later growing their products. Long term partnerships in which the customers are growing hand in hand with Sii are the key to their success. At the moment the Tricity office of the company is supporting over 70 clients, a significant part of them are Nordic companies for which Gdansk is a natural gateway for access to a pool of valuable engineering talents from Poland.
