Exemption from property tax
There is a possibility of total or partial exemption from property tax for entrepreneurs creating new jobs. This exemption may be considered as regional aid or granted under de minimis aid (up to EUR 200,000 and EUR 100,000 in the road transport sector), depending on specific legal solutions included in the municipal resolution. Exemptions are granted by way of a resolution of the Commune Council.

Exemption from tax on means of transport
Investors may also be granted the option of a total or partial exemption from tax on means of transport. The tax applies only to trucks and buses. The exemption is general and from April 2007 is considered state aid. Exemptions are determined by resolutions at the municipal council level. The exemptions are granted as de minimis aid (up to EUR 200,000 and EUR 100,000 in the road transport sector) by way of resolution of at the local level.
