Podpisanie Kruszewscy

Another 200 people will be able to benefit from IT training courses subsidised by EU funds. Invest in Pomerania, a local government initiative coordinated by the Pomerania Development Agency, has just signed an agreement with the training company Kruszewscy.BIZ.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kruszewscy.BIZ was awarded a grant in a competition organised as part of the Invest in Pomerania Academy project for the delivery of a series of training courses that will allow participants to acquire competencies in the field of Junior Front-End Developer. The 240-hour programming course will be almost 50% subsidised by EU funds for participants. Recruitment starts in March, and detailed information can be found at www.pomeranianstartit.pl.

Experienced partner

Kruszewscy.BIZ has been active in training and education for more than 10 years. The company offers consulting and training in areas such as design and optimisation of technical solutions, data acquisition and analysis methods, use of mobile and cloud technologies, automation of production processes, machine learning or improvement of management and communication within teams.

In response to the needs of the Invest in Pomerania Academy project, we have created not only a solid programme and a new method of learning programming, but also a unique package of free additional services for the trainees, which will significantly increase their chances in the labour market – says Kacper Kruszewski, CEO, Komplementar, representing Kruszewscy.BIZ.

We invest in the staff of the future

The aim of the Invest in Pomerania Academy project is to supply the labour market with people with the currently most sought-after competencies – in the IT and offshore sectors. Both key sectors for the Pomeranian voivodeship are attractive to employees in terms of wages and employment stability.
To date, as part of the Invest in Pomerania Academy project, one agreement has been signed with a training company for training in port and offshore professions. Kruszewscy.BIZ is the fourth company which will prepare new programmers for the local labour market. In total, thanks to the Invest in Pomerania initiative, qualifications needed in the IT industry will be acquired by more than 660 people.

Our project, which is being implemented from August 2022, aims to supply the labour market with almost 1,000 people in the IT and offshore areas. The availability of suitable human resources is a condition for the development of industries that will determine the future of the region’s economy – says Monika Stokfisz, Talent Attraction Team Manager at Invest in Pomerania.
