Digital Marketing Solutions for the Slavic Markets

TELUS International, a leading digital customer experience (CX) innovator is leading a new operations centre with Facebook, based out of Tricity.  The new centre will offer digital marketing solutions to SMEs in Slavic-speaking countries, especially Russia. They look forward to hiring 500 people by 2023 .

This exciting new project starting in September 2021 is aimed at providing digital marketing solutions to the Slavic markets, in Polish and Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, German and English. The support will cover all communication and social platforms managed by Facebook: Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. The services will include onboarding, audits, development of strategies, implementation, support and optimisation. Before the end of 2021, the project is looking to employ 65 digital marketing experts and 20 support staff.

They are looking for junior, mid and senior Russian speaking specialists with media and digital marketing experience and should be innovative, collaborative and coachable. Applicants also need to have sales experience, presentation skills and be fluent in English. They offer competitive compensation packages and legalization support for foreigners.
