Diverse Consulting Group to launch new branch in Gdańsk

Diverse Consulting Group, a firm specializing in building teams for IT projects, opens a new office in Gdansk. Tri-City’s Business Service Sector has been flourishing in the recent years, expanding the number of employees and the range of services offered.

– The Tri-City’s market for modern business services has been booming for several years, rapidly expanding the ranks of employees and the range of services offered. DGT, as part of their planned activities here, will address a number of different needs of both employers and customers who already constitute more than half of the local BSS sector – Marcin Grzegory, deputy director of Invest in Pomerania, comments on the new investment.

Tri-city IT hub

The company has been operating on the IT market for 10 years and is based in Warsaw. Last autumn it also opened a branch in Great Britain. Like the Warsaw branch, Gdansk structures will be responsible for recruitment related to the IT area and new technologies.

– We have opted for Tri-City due to its attractiveness as the agglomeration, development potential and strong position in the IT sector – praises the location Michał Lewandowski, CEO of Diverse Consulting Group.

Diverse Consulting

– We are pleased that Tri-City attracts not only the giants from the IT industry but also companies that support their business through recruitment, resources, and advisory. This creates an ecosystem that is conducive to the development of the entire region – adds Marcin Piątkowski, director of commercialization at property developer Torus.

The opening of the new Diverse Consulting Group office is planned for the beginning of August in the office complex Alchemia. The company has leased nearly 300 sq m in the newest Argon office tower.

Developing market

In recent years, Tri-City has become one of the leading Polish metropolises where investors from the BSS sector choose to locate. The sector has already created nearly 24 thousand new jobs in Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. This development is also clearly visible thanks to the many new high-class office hubs that are able to attract the most demanding investors.

Already 50 percent of office space in Tri-City is class A or B+, and even more is on the drawing board.
