The new investment represents our development. In 2000, when we started our operation in Tczew, we worked in one building and employed 500 employees. Today our employment rate is eight times bigger and we are one of the biggest employer in the region, and the biggest in Tczew. I’m very glad that we can offer more and more to our customers, business partners, employees, as well Tczew city and the region   – says Mr. Andrzej Polojko, Vice-president and General Manager at Flex.

Flex is the key foreign company in the region and the second biggest employer at the same time. Currently, there are around 4000 people working in the factory in Tczew. Apart from that there are another hundreds working for Flex’s local subcontractors. The company manufactures advanced electronics for different industrial sector. The telecom prevails, however there are also other interesting products developed such as 3D printers.

Another investment by Flex in Pomerania shows how the company feels in the region. Flex is such a n important investor for us not only because of its world brand and huge employment. First of all, we appreciate its engagement in the economic and education environment and its CSR activities – comments Mrs. Anna Rajzer, Project Manager in Invest in Pomerania.
