We would like to inform that from 3 June to 12 July 2019 applications may be submitted for projects that enable financing the costs of developing utility infrastructure in the investment area and creating industrial areas in a competition announced by the Office of the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship.
To the competition, you can submit areas listed in the document „Ranking terenów inwestycyjnych w województwie pomorskim”, which was prepared in cooperation with Pomerania Development Agency Co. The minimal size of an area submitted to the competition must be 20 ha, while the area subject to the development of utility infrastructure must be at least 5 ha. 81 562 998,00 PLN was earmarked for this competition. Co-financing rate from the European Regional Development Fund may total even 85%.
Funding may be received for works on developing utility infrastructure, creating production and storage facilities, and internal road systems.
