We were at Follow the Rabbit conference 2019

11 lectures, 2 practical workshops, 4 media partners and participants from over 130 companies and local institutions: this is how one can summarize the 4th edition of the Follow the Rabbit conference dedicated to the HR industry, which took place on April 11 at the Nadmorski Hotel, Gdynia.

The opening speech, led by Per-Erik Persson, was a run-through of current trends in the HR industry. These trends focus on the mutual relationships between employees and the care for well-being at the workplace, which was repeatedly addressed as a source of healthy productivity. Persson’s presentation was extended during one of two workshop sessions.

Other presentations (Dominika Jasińska, Małgorzata Szychowska, Piotr Ferdyn) proposed tools that can enrich the relationships between teams, a lecture by Piotr Cwalina summarized the current state of the HR industry in Poland, recent changes in the trade unions act were also discussed (Mikołaj Illukowicz)

Over 6000 thousand zlotys were collected, while Agata Witczak – head of Site and HR in Refinitiv, Gdynia – pledged to double the overall amount on behalf of the company. The second initiative was dedicated to the regeneration of the woods in Tuchola Forest, ravages by a gale; the action was organized by Torus.
