Pomeranian Investment Centre is an industrial park with total area of 67 hectares. Located within the administrative borders of Port of Gdansk and in direct vicinity of Deepwater Container Terminal Gdansk, it offers investment sites for sale and long – term lease.
Apart from investment sites, PCI complex includes KOGA office building and internal road system. Storage yards and water drainage system within the park are currently under construction. The solutions implemented in the park create optimal business conditions for a successful
investment outcome.
Pomeranian Investment Centre is owned by InvestGDA – an investment agency founded by the city of Gdansk with aim to stimulate the economic growth of the city and support of its business development.
