“There are a few crucial reasons positively influencing relocation decisions to move to Pomerania region and especially to Tricity. Frist of all there are attractive work possibilities. Second important issue are safety and family friendly environment. Third – diverse and multicultural society. In Tricity 54 languages are used especially in global companies centres.
Good labour market situation and high quality of live make more and more people from outside the region are interested in moving to and working in Pomerania. Apart from this Tricity was recognised as a one of the best agglomerations in Europe and World considering relation between costs and quality of live and work – live balance. Pomeranian companies are dealing very well at the labour market by investing in employer branding and cooperating with education sector. But still this situation is an challenge for employers. “
